Hotel Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservation & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• The balance payment must be made upon arrival or before check-out.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellation & No-show

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival: Deposit non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Children & Extra Beds

• Infants (below 2 years): Complimentary stay.
• Children (5-12 years): May stay with parents; extra bed charges may apply.
• Adults (above 12 years): Considered as full-paying guests.

5. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated areas only.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed on resort premises to ensure guest comfort and hygiene.

7. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid any disturbance to others.
• Damage to property caused by guests will be charged to their account.

8. Safety & Security

• The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms.
• Safety deposit facilities are available upon request.

9. Liability

• The resort will not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance.

10. Policy Acceptance

By booking and staying at Himalayan Nirvana Resort, guests agree to comply with the above policies.
